We had the opportunity to create this topic-specific podcast on atomic force microscopy, or AFM, interviewing leaders in AFM and SPM technologies.
Due to the topic's specificity, we took extra care in researching it and preparing for the AFM podcast science interviews.

CHALLENGES IN SCIENCE PODCASTS
1. Topic Specificity: AFM is a highly specialized field within nanotechnology, requiring thorough preparation to ensure accurate and relevant discussions.

2. Engaging Diverse Audiences: While the topic is technical, the AFM podcast needed to be engaging and accessible to a diverse audience, including scientists, industry professionals, and enthusiasts.

3. Collaborative Science Communication: Effective communication with Bruker's internal teams and the interviewed experts was crucial to capturing the essence of their message and objectives.

OUR APPROACH
Expertise: We leveraged our team’s deep scientific background to ensure the podcast content was accurate, relevant, and insightful. Our familiarity with AFM and SPM technologies enabled us to ask pertinent questions and engage with the experts meaningfully.

Collaboration: We worked closely with Bruker's internal teams to align the podcast content with their messaging and objectives. This collaboration ensured that each episode reflected the latest advancements and industry insights.

Clarity: A priority was breaking down complex scientific topics into clear, engaging content. We aimed to make the podcast accessible to listeners with varying levels of familiarity with AFM, ensuring that everyone could grasp the key points and significance of the discussions.

Enhancing Scientific Marketing with Podcasts
Topic of Your Choice: We tailored each episode to focus on specific areas within AFM that resonated with our target audience, from cutting-edge research to practical applications.

Tailored 30-Second Ad Post-Roll: To enhance brand visibility, we included a custom 30-second advertisement at the end of each episode, promoting Bruker Nano GmbH's products and services.

Guest of Your Choice: We featured experts and influencers in the field of AFM and SPM, ensuring that each episode provided valuable insights and fostered thought-provoking conversations.

Social Media Shoutout: To increase the podcast's reach and visibility, we promoted each episode through dedicated posts on our social media channels, engaging with our online community and encouraging discussions.

OUTCOME
Increased Awareness: The "Conversations on AFM" podcast successfully increased awareness about AFM and SPM technologies, reaching a broad audience and highlighting the importance of these tools in nanotechnology research and applications.

Engagement and Interaction: Listeners engaged with the podcast through comments, questions, and social media interactions, demonstrating a keen interest in the topics discussed and the experts featured.

Credibility and Trust: By delivering accurate and insightful content, we established Zeeks and Bruker Nano GmbH as trusted sources of information in the field of nanotechnology. Our collaborative approach and expertise reinforced credibility and strengthened the impact of our science communication work.

CONCLUSION
Producing the "Conversations on AFM" podcast exemplified how high-quality science communication can enhance scientific marketing. At Zeeks, our blend of expertise, collaborative communication, and clarity allowed us to create an engaging and informative podcast series.
